Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager will report directly to senior management and will assist in the execution of the online business plan by focusing on technology initiatives and operational efficiencies. The E-commerce Manager will work closely with Marketing department, IT and third party platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for strategizing and developing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and revenue on the brand's E-commerce websites.

2. Manage operations and lead the E-commerce team.

3. Using tools such as SEM, SEO, Mobile and company’s retail web properties to develop marketing initiatives.

4. Develop tracking and reporting campaign metrics and provide analysis and results of e-marketing campaigns.

5. Set processes in place to ensure excellent brand customer experience at each step from initial click through to website to timely delivery of product.

6. Report and seek business intelligence, competitor analysis and performance analytics on a regular basis.

7. Interact regularly with merchants/buyers and Group Managers to fulfill all requests and strategize campaigns. Work cross-functional with other departments to ensure time, product availability, and planning on all initiatives.

8. Provide knowledge and support to set up an E-commerce platform.

9. Develop SEM campaigns based on key shopping periods, tracking ROI and success.

10. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

11. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
