Territory Specification Manager - I-Expatriate


Job Role:



• Based in the UAE, market proactively ensure that C/S products are uniquely specified on major healthcare, education, office, hotel and similar projects within and outside of the region.• Work collaboratively with the C/S Sales team as well as our businesses/sales forces outside the region and be responsible for securing profitable orders thereby exceeding agreed booking and margin targets.• Achieve this by using all lead generation sources including those provided by the Marketing department as well as those gathered thorough your own efforts that identify major non-residential construction projects that are at an early design stage. • Creatively promote to the designer, develop individual relationships and identify project problems they anticipate and opportunities for the Construction Specialties.• Create and implement a project sales plan.• Using PowerPoint, carry out project specific box lunch presentations to groups of designers and building owners.• Through consultative selling, solve their design issues and problems.• Cross sell and up sell.• Assist with specification writing and plan bid strategies all aimed at maximizing closing ratios.• Develop long term relationships with key designers, owners and contractors so they become repeat C/S customers and advocates.• Expand business opportunities for the product’s development by establishing an effective presentation, brochure and sample of C/S product line for strategic customer presentations with support from the Marketing department.



Person Specification:



Education /Experience:• A graduate with approximately 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing preferably with 2 in the UAE construction industry.• Proven communication (written and spoken) and presenting skills in English. Additional languages are a plus • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet.
