• Research and collect information on specific issues, businesses or industries as they relate to current projects and client needs.• Conduct Quantitative, Qualitative, and Desk Research to cover the needs of Dataflow as a brand, our services, and clients.• Conduct online and telephone interviews with customers, suppliers, competitors, governmental agencies and other appropriate industry experts to gather the needed information.• Analyze research findings and develop potential hypotheses/ solutions for internal stakeholders.• Lead and plan the research process including: Definition of research objectives, survey design and development, data collection, analysis, and report composition.• Assist in preparation of materials for presentations and proposals.• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text, and present to stakeholders to maximize understanding, credibility, and use.• Provide data results to various departments to create a more targeted approach.• Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods.• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
