In addition to Corporate Finance offerings our client provide Internal Audit, Business Consulting, Risk Management, Governance, IFRS review, IT services as well as other bespoke financial consulting services.

Working with close to 50% listed blue chip clients globally as well as being thought leaders within SME investment they are a major player with financial and management consulting and a direct competitor to the Big4 Global Accounting firms.

Due to an exponential increase within their UAE Government client base and mid size commerce clients they require a Senior Manager / Director. This person could take on a variety of role responsibility for example - M&A Advisory, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Debt managment, Capital Raising and Change Management.
