•The IT Network Engineer provides support to the Senior IT Network Controller in developing and maintaining network / Server / Infrastructure performance as per PF set rules and regulations.

•Configures and deploys Operating Systems (Network or Server) to ensure they are properly configured as per PF policies & procedures.

•Install, configure and maintain Network active components as per PF Policies and procedures

•Supervises structured cabling works to ensure site warranty is maintained and switches, routers and other devices are properly configured as per PF Policies

•Configures and performs backups / archives of mails / restores and tests them as per PF backup / DR policies and procedures

•Actively Monitors network load on regular basis, ensuring no loss of communication and enough bandwidth is available. Related Software and hardware warranties are kept up to date, adherence to PF polices; Performs up to date required Network documentation; Measures and reports Network load on a regular and agreed basis.

•Configures and installs Communication services as per PF policies and procedures. Liaise with other teams (Internally or externally) for any network / security related activities.

•Conducts required network trouble shooting exercises from researching, identifying issues, fixing, escalating, and coordinating internally or externally, following up and reporting as required.

•Ensures Network Appliances, Servers, Firewalls and other related devices are properly configured as per PF policy with 99% Uptime and are in good health.

•Maintains, Monitors and provides reports related to IT infrastructure; ensuring dependency of Data Center (DC), MDF and IDFs environment; Checks the infrastructure management solution and responds to Alerts.

•Configures and Maintains Wireless Network ensuring access Points are connected properly.

•Updates Heating map; ensures SSIDs Wireless is Fully Secure, warranty is valid and PF policy is adhered to.

•Updates and maintains all relevant devices’ asset management i.e. hardware / software (tagging, filling up forms for new arrivals, updating, relocating, etc…).

•Conducts required Enterprises MDM Solution management; configures and maintains MDM Enterprise Servers.

•Performs required Firewall updates to ensure 99.9% Firewall uptime and 100% protection; updates firewall policies; Logs and reports all security incidents and corresponding action taken

•Configures M/S. Exchange, Commvault, Barracuda Anti SPAM, AirWatch, Ensuring Mails are flowing properly and Commvault is archiving and performing required backups.
