Outlet Manager - Qatar Museums Authority


Managing, coordinating and controlling the specific outlet operations and activities, ranging from day-to-day operational activities to financial procedures with the objective of providing exceptional customer service and keeping all operations within the outlet running smoothly.







1. To emphasize and project a high image for the QMA and the outlet.



2. To achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; implement change.



3. To be responsible for the achieving and maintaining the outlet service standards.



4. To manage all operational aspects of the outlet.



5. To increase profitability of the outlet by meeting existing sales goals.



6. To keep and improve high level of customer service.



7. To implement safety, security and cleanliness standards and procedures.



8. To maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.



9. To manage staff and provide them with feedback.



10. To maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.



11. To attend and participate in departmental meetings as scheduled.



12. To attend all meetings as required by Executive Management.



13. To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the company policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.



14. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform at all times.



15. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.



16. To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the department colleagues and all other departments.



17. To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.



18. To fully support the Departmental Training Function in the Department assigned.



19. To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.



20. To ensure that the outlet Service team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.



21. To be demanding and critical when it comes to departmental standards.



22. To enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



23. To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
