Human Resources, Section Head


•Participate in designing the HR policies & procedures in line with changing organizational & individual employee needs •Participate in implementing and ensuring that the industry best practices are introduced and institutionalized throughout the Organization •Implement HR procedures in an efficient and effective manner •Support the Director, HR & Administration in building network with HR professionals outside the Organization, conferences, knowledge sharing forums, etc to be up-to-date on new HR systems, competitor's initiatives, manpower plans of other similar organizations, etc. •Supervise and work with the third parties (vendors / consultants) hired by the Organization for initiatives / projects in HR department to ensure creation of systems and processes that work best for the organization •Manage the HR team effectively in a way that guarantees the successful implementation of HR systems. •Participate and provide specialist insight in revising salary and benefits surveys in order to ensure that the Organization's salary and benefits schemes are inline with the competitive market and economic trends •Supervise the performance management activities for the Organization's employees including performance planning & monitoring, end of year automated performance assessment, performance development, career paths and succession planning •Responsible for preparing the annual HR budget and submit reports to HRD with the required actions •Participate in identifying individual training needs for each employee based on performance appraisals in coordination with department/function heads. Participate in preparing annual training budget and insure its fulfilment •Supervise the development of an effective behavioural and technical training programs in collaboration with Organization’s functions •Review the improvement in employee performance levels based on training provided to him and submit reports to the HRD with the output and recommendations •Monitor the delivery of HR operations to ensure that a first class operational service is provided to Organization's employees •Supervise the preparation of the annual manpower planning. Then Conduct recruitment activities and ensure matching appropriate competencies and qualifications with specific job related requirements •Supervise the development and implementation of HRMS system in conjunction with the IT department •Keep abreast of any changes in HR practices, guidelines and principles •Proactively take responsibility for self - improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovation in relevant field of expertise •Perform other duties as directed by HR & Administration Director
