Our client is a multinational Oil & Gas business which operates in over seven regions globally and is headquartered in North America. They are currently seeking an Arabic speaking HR Manager for their Abu Dhabi offices.

The HR Manager will be responsible for acting as a business partner to the leadership team on a wide range of issues. Including providing day to day support, coaching and talent development to the managers and employees. The role shall also encompass the following areas of HR management:

- Development and application of HR policies & procedures- Handling any disciplinary issues- Talent Acquisition- Talent Development & Coaching- Employee relations- Benchmarking and ensuring best practices - Performance Management- Compliance towards local and international employment laws and standards. - Contribute towards a positive working environment and effective employee engagement.
