• Directly responsible for the sales and revenue generation for exhibition and related projects, ensuring aggressive targets are achieved

• Identify and prioritize a target list of prospects, leads, plan appointments, for the respective products, generate new leads, through various sales and marketing tools

• Understand exhibition and projects marketing strategies, budget and planning cycles, and achieve deliverables in line with agreed time plans

• Making presentations to marketing heads of the identified prospects and related companies, promoting the projects, its concept, as a viable and focused platform vehicle or communication channel

• Handle logistics matters, coordinating with operations, logistics, IT and related functions with tight deadlines ensuring successful implementation

• Prepare the necessary documentation, for booking and space orders and handle the billing instructions to accounts

• Maintain professional conduct and team work at all times

• Ensure all related event project material in place, such as exhibitor sales kits, brochures, floor plans, to coordinate with potential exhibitors to secure their presence

• Develop appropriate sponsorship packages relevant to the event and has revenue generating potential, and secure potential sponsors in line with agreed targets

• Enhance existing levels of business/exhibitions and identify new areas of development in line with regional and international standards

• Harness local, regional and international events, topics, matters of consideration to develop events, exhibitions, conference, seminars, forum, with relevance, and viability

• Establish key industry contacts that can lead to successful business

• Ensure implementation of effective work servicing tools, such as call reports, Job Status, Work in Progress reports etc.

• Ensure effective planning, action plans, roles and tasks are clearly monitored and executed
