Marketing Manager

- Plan marketing and branding objectives.

- Expand product solutions and offerings.

Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.

- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

- Prepare and adhere to budgets.

- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Design print ads and publications.

- Ensure brand messages are consistent.

- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Trading Operations Manager - Veritas Investments Limited

The Operations Manager position will be directly responsible for the following:

• Manage and be responsible for full P&L of the wholesale trading company

• Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure goals and objectives are met in terms of sales targets, margin, and profit, and take corrective action when necessary

• Responsible for business development, marketing, and human resources, but not responsible for day-to-day accounting/finance activities as this is outsourced. Responsibility for inventory and warehousing operations will be initially assumed, but this may be outsourced over time

• Customer management.

• Participates in the purchasing process by coordinating with the purchasing team to determine when new shipments are needed, as well as identifying the product mix.

• Management of all staff (approximately 50), 4 physical points of sales, 1 warehouse throughout Uganda, as well as 1 point of sale in Burundi. Our team expects this to expand in the near future.

• Understanding and creating efficiencies in the shipping, logistics, and customs processes

• Other tasks, as directed.

الوصف الوظيفي :- ينوب عن مدير الموارد البشرية فى حالة عدم تواجده بسبب الأجازات أو المرض أو السفر أو خلو المنصب- المشاركة فى التخطيط و إعداد البرامج التنفيذية لإدارة الموارد البشرية- تنفيذ التخطيط و البرامج التنفيذية الخاصة بالموارد البشرية- تحرير جميع قرارات التعيين و الفصل و الإستقالات و الأجازات- التأكد من تطبيق تنفيذ القواعد الإجرائية و القانونية الخاصة بالعمالة و العمال- إعداد كشوف الترقيات و المرتبات و التسكينات الوظيفية السنوى- المساعدة و المشاركة فى الإعلان عن الوظائف و إستقبال المتقدمين وعمل المقابلات وترشيح أفضل العناصر للعمل- المشاركة فى صيانة و تجديد و تعديل إصدارات بطاقات التوصيف الوظيفى- مسئول عن حفظ ملفات العاملين بالشكل المقنن لها حسب التعليمات- تحرير تقارير التقييم السنوية عن جميع العاملين بالمؤسسة- مسئول عن متابعة الحضور و الإنصراف و الغياب- المساعدة و المشاركة في تحليل جميع المشاكل التى تخص العمالة مثل التسرب من العمل و الرضاء الوظيفى و هيكل الرواتب و الفراغات الوظيفية- المساعدة و المشاركة فى تجميع تقارير تقييم الأداء من رؤساء الأقسام و مديرى الإدارات بشكل شهرى ومساعدتهم فى صياغة هذه التقارير و تحليلها و ضمها لتقرير تقييم الأداء السنوى- إقتراح الإجراءات التحسينية و العلاجية و الوقائية التى من شأنها تحسين أداء العمل بإدارته- المشاركة فى إعداد الميزانية المناسبة لإدارة الموارد البشرية فى حدود إمكانيات المنظمة بناءاً على دراسات- إعداد و تحرير كشف المرتبات الشهرى- إعداد و تحرير كشوفات السلف العادية و السلف المقسطة طبقاً للتعليمات- تنفيذ جميع المهام التى يطلبها مدير الشئون الادارية والمالية- رفع تقرير أسبوعى إلى مدير الشئون الادارية والمالية لبيان ما تم إنجازه و ما تم تأجيله مع بيان السبب- جميع ما سبق ذكره يجب أن يتم طبقاً للإجراء الرسمى المعتمد للموارد البشرية- منسق الموارد البشرية مسئول عن حفظ جميع سجلات نماذج الجودة الخاصة بإجراء الموارد البشرية و جميع أعماله تخضع للمراجعة الداخلية18 الراتب الشهريسبعة آلاف ريال سعودي مع تأمين طبي الوظيفة للسعوديين فقطمكان العمل جدة أو الطائف

لابد من وجود خبرة عمل سابقة
