As part of Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that your department is fulfilling its financial goals as well as providing direction to the team through leadership, motivation and effective communication.
As a Department Manager for the ACE brand, you will motivate and develop the team to deliver exceptional results. You will manage the stock levels, delegate and planning of staff duties, assist with training and provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
About You
To be a successful ACE Department Manager, you will have experience as a Department Manager or equivalent level role managing 10 or more staff, in a high volume retail environment and ideally have an understanding of the hardware industry. This role is ideal for a candidate who aspires to be an Assistant Store Manager later in their career
You will have excellent leadership and people management skills, proven ability to increase sales and profitability and have excellent planning and organising skills.
You must be happy working in shifts over a 5 day working week. Fluency in the Arabic language will be highly regarded
