• Deploy and manage the antivirus system for the campus--managed centralized

• Design and implement an overnight backup strategy for the following.

• Domain Controllers [AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP]

• MS SQL Databases

• Image and system state backup for third party applications

• Manage Rack mounted Hardware /HP/Dell/IBM

• Manage online services

• Server Virtualization experience

• Experience in web services

• Management of the Domain Controller, user accounts and GPO for users [staff and students]

• Management of setup experience in Exchange server for students and CUCA employee emails

• Manage the College Management System [registration application, course distribution, attendance for students and staff, class applications, and faculty class management system]

• Manage backups of all servers and databases.

• Manage subordinators on helpdesk [inquires and complains management]

• Manage the Helpdesk System / Ticketing System for Helpdesk Team

• Manage and setup NAS and SAN storage

• Maintain all backups and archives on storage

• Responsible for all servers in server room

• Coordinate with support staff to update inventory system
