Job Purpose
To lead, develop and deliver quality sport event physical security solutions for ICSS clients, inclusive of governments, major sport event organising committees, sport bodies and sport venue owners.

To authorised to demonstrate recognised expertise, credibility, leadership, sound management and excellent Customer Relationship Management in the provision of integrated and holistic security risk and design solutions for high profile events and clients within a complex and high risk environment.
Responsibilities
Perform and review Threat and Risk Analyses for major sporting events
Provide technical knowledge of physical security systems
Lead project implementations with particular focus on the delivery of physical security design solutions, which are threat and risk led
Manage multiple and diverse stakeholders effectively
Act as primary interface with clients regarding project status, budget, scope and issues
Work with the Corporate Services and Business Development directorates to scope required effort and define timelines
Work closely with the client and project team to identify and assure delivery against key business requirements and milestones
Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets
Responsible for the technical and business quality of engagement work products, design solutions, and deliverables
Exercise scope management/control respecting the client, team, and Director Security and Design.
Assure ICSS process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements (see below).
Manage, motivate and develop all allocated personnel, including Subject Matter Experts
Manage activities of security risk/design teams and coordinate plans with internal and external resources (domestic/international teams) - manage delivery of new processes within a customer consultative relationship to ensure highest quality and client satisfaction.
Intellectual Property and process design - Identify opportunities for IP and process improvements
Work with Business Development on bids for new opportunities and present these to clients
Maintain sound relationships with clients, partners, service providers and ICSS personnel
Comply with all ICSS policies and procedures
Comply with the ICSS Quality Management System requirements
Represent the ICSS and promote its interests at public fora
Remain up-to-date with current security best practices and relevant regulatory aspects
Maintain confidentiality of all relevant ICSS and client information
Perform other duties or activities as required by the Director Security Design.
