Community Manager - SADDA


Purpose of Role: To provide effective support to SADDA’s key accounts. To continually strive to improve service excellence by pro-actively developing relationships and delivering a professional service. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Plan and manage business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy. - Identify market trends to grow incremental revenue/commercial opportunities. - Manage and Handle new campaign start-ups, upgrades and renewals. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management, which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication. - Liaising with other departments to manage integrated campaign execution. - Develop timetables and setting deadlines for clients and your team. - Complete administrative work as required.
