RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
1. Handles resident permits transactions: issuance, renewal, and profession change as per the established company procedure and government regulations.
2. Handles sponsorship transfer procedure in a timely manner as per government regulations.
3. Issues exit re-entry/final exit visas for employees based on approved Synergy requests.
4. Keeps employees’ passports and handles passport release requests in a timely manner and retrieves any released passports on time.
5. Executes resignation, termination and dismissal requests on Synergy.
6. Handles hotel/flight bookings and car rentals for employees going on business trips.
7. Prepares introductory letters.

Handles all transactions related to Labor Office and Passport Office.

Supports the sales cycle starting from sales order to delivery.
Manages stock.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
1. Fully responsible for inventory in his location.
2. Issues/receives materials either by sales, sales returns or inter-branch transfers (STVs—Stock Transfer Voucher).
3. Receives local/international stocks by Purchase order.
4. Receives customers' requirements from salesmen and checks stock availability at the central warehouse or any other location.
5. Evaluates stock to determine whether a refill is required and prepares the refill report accordingly.
6. Prepares and follows up all purchase orders by coordinating with suppliers (local and/or international).
7. Processes quotations into sales orders.
8. Checks whether the requested items are available in stock.
9. Prepares delivery notes and invoices.
10. Prepares daily/monthly collection and DMC (Daily Main Cash) reports and sends them to Finance.
11. Ensures accuracy of stock at all times.
12. Conducts daily checks on open sales orders to ensure all orders are closed
