 Markets, promotes and sells company products either by going to the filed to source for customers or by serving existing ones

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

1. Generates leads and gathers customer information to report to Sales Teams.

2. Develops a clear strategy to sell products by identifying the geographical scope of the marketing campaign, profile of potential customers and projected sales volume.

3. Delivers products to customers and keeps records of all the sales achieved and conducts post-sale follow-up calls.

4. Collects payments due from customer and ensures the timely deposits of payment into the company’s account as per applicable procedures.

5. Reports customers’ feedback to Marketing Manager to improve service.

6. Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

7. Collects and analyzes data on customer preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

8. Measures and assesses customer and employee satisfaction
