Supports the Program Manager in program execution, including schools correspondence and marketing.
Program Support:
Supports Program Manager in the execution and delivery of programs by
conducting correspondence with schools, assisting with presentations, preparing for training.
Supports quality initiatives through excellent customer service and support and process documentation
Learns each JA Program offering and the requirements to ensure a quality
implementation
Begins to develop relationships with schools, teachers, and volunteers
Contributes to the execution of the organizational marketing plan
Volunteers Recruitment and Follow up:
Assists program staff in recruitment of new volunteers
Participate in and coordinate the development of volunteer training workshops
Allocate and Follow-up with volunteer consultants, schools and companies during the program delivery process to insure quality implementation of the programs
Monitor volunteer attendance; in accordance with INJAZ procedures.
Handle volunteer dropouts in cooperation with the Program Manager.
Attend volunteers' sessions.
Follow up on and report volunteers' status, comments or complaints to Program Manager
Collect pre and post evaluation forms from volunteers or schools.
Follow up with volunteers on issuance of students' certificates.
Coordinate with volunteers on activities related to volunteers’ proposed projects including; arranging students leave, attending classes with volunteers and photographing the event.
School/Educator/Company Relationships:
Locate, visit and perform presentations to new companies and schools to promote the programs,
Renews commitments from business leaders who have been volunteers
Anticipates customer needs and expectations
Keeps abreast of Kuwait education developments and the demands of changing customer/business relationships
Demonstrates customer orientation and focus in providing products and services
Develops positive rapport with school officials
Gauges customer satisfaction and recommends the changes in products and
services needed to increase satisfaction
Displays a sensitivity to customer diversity
Prepare and distribute student certificates to schools.
Collect necessary documentation from schools and MoE
Program Quality:
Participate in the development of Evaluation procedures and tools, to perform a thorough program evaluation with the students, volunteers, teachers, principals, and parents, and to report it to the Program Manager
Achieve the goals related to Program Delivery according to the strategic plan set forth by the organization
Assists program Manager in maintain database information on all programs and participants
Assists program staff in increasing public awareness of Junior Achievement
programs through preparing materials for presentations, press releases and
electronic media. Maintains media database.
Report all progress to the Program Manager on regular basis
Training:
Assist in Developing and implementing all volunteer orientation/training programs
Secures location of training, develops orientation materials, schedules
volunteers/teachers, orders program materials, distributes registration and
evaluation forms
Participant Recognition:
Assists in the development and implementation of all volunteer
orientation/training programs
Assists with planning logistics of event(s); informs volunteers, teachers, school administrators and business executives of event; plans and distributes
appreciation materials
Program Administration:
Maintains database information on all programs and participants (class
registration forms and reports)
Assist in Developing a yearly calendar that predicts program needs and includes timetables, procedures, and responsibilities
