•Gather various financial data and performs wide variety of financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and planning activities (weekly reporting, monthly reporting & analysis, quarterly forecasting & annual budgeting) across several legal entities and business.
•Prepares monthly financial reports and variance analysis by comparing between actuals to latest forecast and budget.
•Ensure that all reporting requirements for data analysis are submitted within predefined deadlines.
•Provides recommendations and proposals for improving financial performance.
•Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.

•Improve the operational efficiency of the accounting process and procedures by continuous review.
•Prepare and/or review of bank reconciliations
•Assists in formulating, documenting, review and improvement of internal control process and procedures along with accounting policies
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
•Ensures strict confidentiality of financial transactions and records.

Job Purpose
To manage the workshop functionality on a daily basis with full hands on expectation to help Diagnose, repair and service the range of Ferrari and Maserati vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedules and specifications, ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
Also accordingly promote the Ferrari and Maserati brand image and therefore promoting Fast Auto Technic as a centre of excellence.
To perform any other duties that may be necessary as required by management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise all Technicians to ensure the use of diagnostic equipment is utilized in a systematic approach to ensure vehicles are diagnosed and rectified ensure time required standards are completed to Reception timescales.
2. Meet with customers from time to time to identify and clearly understand problems as and when required.
3. Ensure Technicians have a full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to diagnose and repair faults on them.
4. Assist to carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
5. Ensure all procedure and process is carried out to company standards and completed observing safe working practices of self and others.
6. Liaise and seek advice from colleagues and supervisors in situations that are over and above work specified.
7. Self check level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment and ensure QC carry’s out road testing of vehicles after work has been carried out, liaise with Service advisor and workshop controller.
8. Ensure technicians are completing relevant service technical documentation (Job Sheets, Time Clocking, Check sheets, PDI check sheet etc in line with Ferrari and Maserati manufacturer requirements.
9. Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are met at all times to include work bench, Tool Box and special tool stores.10. Work with and develop good working practices with company colleagues to provide a Great customer service and to share best practice at all times.
General Duties
1. To progress Technicians to carry out fast and efficient repairs on Vehicles to meet company KPI i.e. Productivity, Efficiency and Utilization.
2. To follow management instructions at all times.
3. To be presentable in Uniform at all times.

• Conduct market research on competitor’s activities on pricing, promotional and other commercial initiatives and give feedback/recommendations to senior management.
• Manage sales promotions, events and exhibitions as required to promote the company and the company products
