Position: Contract Manager

Experience: 20+ yrs



Qualification: Engineering Degree in Civil







Responsible for reviewing and advising the VP on the Commercial and Contractual Conditions applicable to construction tenders or direct invitations to work as Contractor to ensure their equitability.



In co-ordination with the Project Director/Project Head/ Project Manager, jointly responsible for determining and documenting the Procurement Strategy for awarded Works and for finalizing all



sub-contract & Procurement Agreements.Responsible for the drafting/provision of contractual letters/documentation in support of contract claims, contractual breech and Client dissatisfaction.



Candidate Must have Knowledge of FIDIC.



Candidate Must be from Western Countries
