KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES











Under direct supervision, manages delivery and quality performance, cost and inventory management, and customer satisfaction for established suppliers



Manages purchase order execution and product delivery, including placement of on-time schedule agreements, mitigation of billing adjustments / terminations and execution of cost reduction goals



Interviews or contacts supplier salespersons, and secures bids



May expedite the filling of orders by suppliers to meet production



May substitute items within pre-approved guidelines



Works to maximize production capacity in accordance with production and master schedules



Actively uses continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction



Handles special projects as assigned



Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.







PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS







1-2 years procurement, sourcing or similar experience



Experience with SAP and MS Excel is preferred

ABOUT THIS JOB







Employee is responsible for testing, maintenance, and repair of various electronic, electro mechanical assemblies. Completes all required documentation on failure analysis and required repairs and maintenance. Trouble-shoots, tests and maintains electronics and electromechanical assemblies. Assists in reworking, repairing and modifying nonconforming equipment. Provides technical support to other groups and co-workers. Ability to coach other engrs and technicians. Performs tests with instructions and documentation. Assists in configuring, preparing, maintaining, utilizing and/or designing test stations and test equipment.











KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES







Ability to do PM1/2/3 checkout of all equipment as per the documented procedures.



Handle all emergency repairs as needed.



Troubleshoot and repair all equipment.



Accurately document all the work performed in SAP ZARM records.



Ability to coach and evaluate juniors (MEs/EMTs) as required.



Since our operations are carried out 24Hours a day, the employee is required to be on call 24 Hours a day and be available to work anytime as needed, besides normal work hours, as dictated by operational emergencies.



Actively assist in improving and maintaining the AMO Equipment and Competency Dashboard KPIs.



Actively Assist in PM/FMN scheduling and implementation.



Actively assist in problem investigation.



Ability and willingness to learn new equipment and to attend trainings as required.



Should have +ve attitude to work in a team towards achieving excellence in maintenance efficiency and operating efficiency.



Ability to handle special projects as assigned.



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS











Degree: Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science



Major: Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Communication



Minimum 2 Years of Experience



Expert analytical skills and knowledge of specific products.



Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and specific equipment required to perform repair and maintenance.



Good verbal and writing skills. Advanced skills in soldering and assembling of electro-mechanical devices.



Proficient in the use of multi-meters, meggers, hipot testers and other basic electronic instruments. Can read, interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists.



Competent in AC/DC circuits and electronic devices. Has advanced level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.



Must be proficient in troubleshooting and solving electrical/mechanical failures to component level.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS











Demonstrated Experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all surface and down-hole equipment including open-hole/cased-hole/perforating equipment – Surface ECLIPS Systems, WTS G-SLAM Tools, FOCUS Tool String, SBT Tool String, etc.



Working Knowledge of maintenance of advanced equipment like STAR/EI/DCBIL/ECBIL/RCI/MREX/3-DEX/FLEX/RPM preferred.



Working Knowledge of Sondex PLT Atlas-IB/UW, Sondex MFCs, Microline MVRTs, Atlas PDKs, MPC and POLARIS is preferred.OTHER DETAILS

Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.



Review procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.



Configure test stations and systems.



Analyze and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.



Assist in the set-up of experiments and the recordings of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.



Test and evaluate the performance, and if required, repair general purpose test equipment.



Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.



Provide leadership to technicians in a work group team.



Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment. Compliance with HS&E

Technical diploma or Associates degree in Electronics or Mechanical field.



Competent in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits and electro-mechanical devices.



Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes. 5+ years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum5 years relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

About This Job:



To be part from the crews running the ESP operation based in the field under an equal rotation schedule.







Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:







Under general supervision is responsible for spooling and banding electrical power cable utilized on ESP systems in coordinated effort and procedure with installation engineer and rig operators.



Spools cable onto cable reel as the tubing is being pulled out of the well. Bands cable onto tubing as the down unit and tubing are being run into the well.



Maintains cable service truck and trailer, performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.



May be called upon to assist with training new Cable Installation employees.



Assists with cable repair as needed at the cable repair service centre. Proper completion of DOT log books, DOT inspection forms, and turn in for office records. Proficiently performs equipment lay downs as requested by customers and completes paperwork.



Completes daily time sheet. Conducts field analysis and tests cable strings after they have come out of the well.



The ability to collect information during testing and inspection to provide a customer with recommendations on equipment or cable status.



Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable and stay within HS&E guidelines.



Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements and the flexibility to work overtime with little or no advance notice.



Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.Essential Qualifications / Requirements:







High School Diploma with background in Mechanical or Electrical



Minimum Experience of 3 years and more in the relevant field.Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:







Thorough understanding of machines, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance. Company overview:
