Reports any malfunctioning equipment to the Chef de Partie. Deal with guest requests, comments and concerns promptly and professionally with follow up where required to ensure guest satisfaction. Communicates to the Chef de Partie any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information. Be able to work in another area when needed. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

ALJ has a opening for a Talented PR Manager for Toyota.
The Toyota PR Manager assumes responsibility for day-to-day operational management of all PR activities and functions for ALJ Toyota, and works closely alongside JACS, After Sales and Service and Used Cars.
This position will work to integrate ALJ plans to ensure consistent messaging of communications initiatives and activities.
The Toyota PR Manager is responsible for developing and managing media communications (including press releases - via the outsourced agency) and other related materials that provide information about ALJ and its campaigns and initiatives.
