Recruitment Officer (Female)
• Plan and implement the selection processes as determined by business needs and HR Policy
• Plan and implement local and international Staff recruitment & selection processes as per company's need & plan.
• Build a relationship with local & overseas recruitment agencies.
• Prepare and maintain Company yearly Manpower planning for the organization.
• Maintain Recruitment Budget.
• Develop recruitment & placement process to ensure smooth & timely operations.
• Plan &coordinate CV searches and ensure potential shortlisted.
• Conduct applicant interview and ensure selecting best candidate in close co-operation with line managers.
• Close co-operation with line manager to define job profiles, selection criteria, recruiting channels and methods.
• To be part of the team in by supporting development & internal talent process, management resources planning and succession plan.
• Knowledge of Local Laws about visas and other regulations.
