National Sales Manager (Food Services)


• Achieve the annual and the monthly company target in terms of Sales, coverage and distribution.



• Set the monthly target by channel per area according to the annual & monthly plans



• Insure optimum visibility and availability in the market.



• Achieve the monthly target by area.



• Keeping track of the daily sales versus target and objectives.



• Ongoing checkouts on receivables among sale force and trades.



• Ongoing follow up to ensure credit limit, aging & days of credit per customer.



Trade



• To insure the optimum level of coverage and distribution (Quantity and Quality).



• Insure the commitment of the routing cycle per salesman.



Propose coverage, distribution plans, looking for potential POS and the needed tools (number of vehicles and sales force, …).



• Insure the proper display of product at POS in order to achieve high levels of visibility.



• Implement the monthly trade offers based on market demands and needed situation.



• Pay periodical visits to key accounts to maintain good business relationships and represent a positive image of the company.



• VIsion of any new threats, challenges & competitor’s activities



• Solve any outstanding conflicts and Build up solid relationships with customers.



Sales force



• Managing the sales force to perform continuous follow up to ensure optimum sales, coverage and distribution by Area.



• Motivate the sales force members to insure high level of performance & efficiency.



• Conduct a weekly meeting with sales district managers to discuss daily operations, problems, opportunities, and recommended actions.



• Improving the sales force skills, efficiency and capabilities through coaching and training.



• Daily follow up with the sales team to insure better coverage, higher levels of distribution, target achievement & relationship with customers.
