HR Assistant (Female)


1. To keep all Employees files up to date with CVs, copies of certificates and passport, and other documents as instructed by HR Manager, and submit reports on gaps in filing system to HR Manager as requested.



2. To keep all Employees files up to date with observation reports and other documents as instructed by Professional Development Manager, and submit reports on gaps in filing system to Professional Development Manager as requested.



3. To maintain records of professional development sessions run and attended as requested by Professional Development Manager.



4. To enter details of classes taught, professional development attended, and other information on Employees database as requested by HR & Professional Development Managers.



5. To maintain lists of teachers interested in following professional development as advertised by Professional Development Manager, and distribute and collect any application forms as instructed.
