The Role:

As a champion of the brand you will lead store teams to meet their targets and ensure high levels of customer service throughout. At the same time you will be responsible for all store and employee development, including performance management, coaching and identifying development. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

* 3 years' store or multi-site experience (preferred)

* New restaurant opening and training experience (desirable)

* The ability to lead a team of 100 or more individuals

* English language skills essential (Bilingual English-Arabic preferred)

* A good understanding of servant leadership

* Respect and appreciation for a variety of cultures and nationalities

* Assertively engaged in career development for yourself and staff

* An effective communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit

* Excellent IT skills.
