A leading IT company in saudi arabia is seeking an Application support Engineer that will work on-site at a one of our customers in saudi arabia.

The Application Support Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues in customized environments, working with the vendor on upgrades, configuration, Perform system performance monitoring and tuning, also perform installation of applications, and driving resolution on critical and normal issues. This individual will act as a consultant during the contract support to address system availability, disaster recovery plans and critical application support issues and will support team leads and management aswell

In additional to technical aptitude, the position requires the ability to learn quickly, stay current on various technologies, have possess passion and confidence in their work.
