Headquartered in the DIFC, but with offices in major financial centers such as New York and London this multi-billion dollar private equity fund deals with not just a sophisticated and relatively complex investment class and powerful and sophisticated investors, but also does so across multiple regulatory environments.

As such we are seeking a compliance professional with both the capability to grasp complex transactions but also to work between multiple regulatory environments, largely New York and London. The role will involve everything from the review and advising management on the viability of deal structures, to the onboarding of new clients and working proactively to ensure that the regulatory environment in general is world class.

The role will involve some amount of travel to New York and London and requires an individual who can grasp the commercial goals of the business and support them by ensuring the best possible solutions and processes are in place that meet the standards of a world class regulatory environment.
