- Involved in air condition works

- Involved in Fire Fighting.

- Involved in Plumbing works.

- Site survery related to the mechanical areas of a/c, gas, firefighting, plumbing.

- To make selection and heat load calculations for a/c taking into consideration the available facility and/or given by the Landlord/Shopping Mall Management Team.

- Preparation if designs related to A/c, Firefighting, Plumbing, Extraction, Fresh air & following the submission.

- Coordination wiht Civil Defense, 24x7 system installation, maintenance & submission of drawings and obtaining completion certificate.

- Following the maintenance for chillers in company premises.

- Following the installation and maintenance of water filtration system for F&B Outlets.

- Following all A/c, Mechanical and Plumbing for Owner's Villas along with contractors.

- Dealing with Landlords, Shopping Mall Management related to Mechanical issues.

- Interacting various in-house departments/clients for timely attendance of mechanical related issues.

- Arrange and source capable contractors for MEP works with best quality and lowest prices.

- Coordination with Architects, Site Engineers, Contractors for timely completion of projects, quality check for MEP work done.

- Interacting with Maintenance Foreman for A/c technicians and performance evaluation of their quality of work.

- Providing assistance in all showroom maintenances for a/c, extraction hoods, gas, firefighting equipment, etc.

- Handling of all other issues related to the mechanical field for all company premises and warehouses.

- Handling any other jobs as delegated by the Head of Department.
