The Marketing Manager is responsible & accountable for overall brand development, the performance of all vehicle brands in her/his portfolio, and the development & performance of team members.



Brand Development-



Leads Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM), agency team, indirect reports, to develop and execute the segment marketing plans



Team Development-



Coaches, develops, & evaluates AMM through structured & informal means, performance assessment, regularly scheduled one-on-ones, & on-the-job training
