HR Specialist
• Ensure all recruitment activities are planned, organized and aligned to manpower forecast plans/budgets as well as being in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Recruitment activities - advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, short-listing CVs, managing applications, arranging and conducting interviews, negotiating offers and conducting employee back ground verification checks
• Liaise with line managers and coordinate all new starter and induction activities for new employees.
• Ensure all relevant information has been collated form employees regarding personal and bank details, medical insurance forms and confidentiality documents have been signed.
• Ensure the implementation and timely completion of performance appraisal process in coordination company/project managers.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on performance issues and manage the annual performance appraisal process.
• Update and maintain job descriptions ( Role Profile), job evaluation systems, and salary structure
• Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining legalities, procedures and policies in a timely effective manner to aid problem solving and decision making.
• Implementing HR Procedures and ensuring their conformity with the Labour Laws.
