To help maintain and enhance sales of the company’s products and services; maintaining relationships with clients.

 Ensure sales opportunities are captured.

 Contribute data to client database with up-to-date information on market trends, clients and competitors.

 Develop and nurture relationships with existing, potential and new clients.

Key Performance Indicators:

 Meeting sales budgets as set out by line manager.

 Performance of the sales activity

 High rating on client satisfaction

 Updating of company’s Client database
