Description

This senior leadership position is responsible for directing the strategic plan, policies and personnal related to the regional manufacturing operations. This includes all product development, engineering, product management, technical support and manufacturing.

You will work closely with the wider business, manage the product porfolio and product road map including the financial performance of each product ensuring you deliver the right product to market at the right time, cost and quality.

You will manage all apsects of manufacturing across the Middle East. Ensuring operational excellence, strategies, meeting market conditions etc. Responsible for all HSE, quality, OE/continuous improvement, productivity and operational efficiencies.

You will manage multiple factories in various locations as well over seeing future growth and new operations and projects. Managing all staff, budgets, growth and operational needs of the business across the whole Middle East.

Profile

The successful candidate must have the following key selection criteria:-

- Degree in business or engineering related discipline

- 10-15 years experience in senior leadership and managerial roles in HVAC operations and manufacturing business.

- Able to lead and motivate large teams across diverse regions

- Strong knowledge of Airside and commercial markets with technical ability and knowledge to engage in product development and new technology.

- Strong leader, decision maker and excellent communication skills are required for this Director level position

- You should have a proven track record in recognised blue chip business, able to manage multiple manufacturing operations, control costs and possess financial acumen.
