1. Develop and implement business plans, strategies, goals, systems, and programs to minimize or eliminate accidents, prevent ergonomic injuries and eliminate industrial health exposure risks (may include fire drill, evacuation plan, etc.).

2. Establish and maintain comprehensive industrial health and safety records to demonstrate improvement in safety performance. Prepare and implement corrective actions to counter unsatisfactory trends.

3. Coordinate with legal authorities to make sure that HB fully comply with the legal requirements regarding health and safety.

4. Drive waste management to reduce the company’s environmental impact.

5. Prompt responding to the reported accidents in order to evaluate the current safety practices.

6. Conducting different inspections and safety audits to ensure the compliance with the environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.

7. Developing, implementing, and maintaining of employee training programs to keep all our staff aware of the safety procedures in order to have safe practices.

8. Incorporating the techniques of industrial safety and employee training which has been gained through years of practice in order to improve their quality and productivity.

9. Directing several administering and safety guidelines in order to implement the best safety policies.

10. Review safety programs to ensure that they are good enough to offer safety to our employees.

11. Update the safety policies in order to make HB safe and hazard free in nature.

12. Hire, manage, develop and motivates his subordinates to perform their duties effectively.
