• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase engagement, conversation, visibility and traffic across multiple clients.

• Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.

• Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Interpret the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads.

• Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.

• Creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties

• Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar.

• Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.

• Help develop and implement social media promotions to build brand loyalty and attract new consumers.

• Lead the development of organization-wide social media, management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media.

• Monitor social media channels on a daily basis for latest trends and case studies.

• Post regularly according to content calendars, and respond in a timely manner to ensure consumer engagement across social platforms.
