Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst/Associate will be part of the Financial Advisory Group, the investment banking team of Al Rayan Investment focused on the origination and execution of investment banking products. The product offering will include: M&A, ECM, DCM, Project Finance, Corporate Finance and Cross-Border transactions. The Senior Analyst/Associate will support the Senior Investment Bankers in the preparation of research and valuation materials, including quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Senior Analyst/Associate will assist in the preparation of marketing materials and proposals for existing clients and prospects.

 Preparation of research material, including the quantitative and qualitative analysis of clients, prospects and specific industries, through the use of Reuters, Bloomberg, and other sources of information

 Development of financial models and financial statement analysis and exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance

 Coordinate the preparation of multi-product investment banking proposals, marketing materials and memoranda in coordination with the senior members of the team

 Coordinate and work in conjunction with different team members and departments to successfully meet job responsibilities and duties

 Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete deal files and reporting the status of transactions through internal pipeline and P&L reports

 Preparation of internal reports to management
