- Responsible for cooperating with ICT sector organizations.

- Makes invitations for the interested parties to attend events and follow up with them.

- Fill the list of attendees and feedback surveys.

- Carry out a consolidated feedback surveys regarding the event after being finished.

- Make the proper statistics and analysis regarding the attendees.

Pre-Events Activities:

- Communicate with the clients / customers via outbound calls to invite them to the events of their interest, telling them the required details.

- Follow up on the registrations done through CMS application and record the registration and if anyone faced a problem try to resolve it for him/her.

- Make confirmation calls 2 days before the event to those who registered and send them confirmation mails including a map for the event’s location and agenda with the required details and send a report including statistics to Marketing Team.

- Extracting partners in case we need to exclude them from attending any event.

- Extracting company names and generate statistics regarding the total number of companies which have employees who are going to attend the event.

- Send a daily handover mail to Marketing Team that contains

(Updated sheet for the registrants - Consolidated Sheet for all prospects that might attend and our progress in calling them - Updated sheet for the registration summary including charts).

Post-Events Activities:

- Create a sheet with a detailed list of attendees, containing their names, their professions and their companies’ names. Use this information in analysis to detect the more likely attendees for any upcoming events.

- Create feedback sheets for the attendees and collect their opinion about the different aspects of the event like general impressions, sessions, presentations, presenters, parking, catering, etc.

- Check the number of attendees against the number of registrations and generate a report with the required statistics, analysis and charts regarding their opinion about the event.
