3. Taking notes from a manager, preparing a memo or letter, and screening mail are common written correspondence duties & arranging for manager meeting



4. Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention



5. Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction



6. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and record details of actions taken4



8. Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and photocopy
