Regional Manager (Jeddah) - Securitas

Securitas Saudi Arabia with the main head office in Riyadh and branches in Jeddah & Dammam



The Branch Manager - Jeddah & surrounding area (Manned Guarding Operations) will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and developing new clients with the support of sales. Branch Manager will be responsible for a small office team and field supervisors. The role also will encompass all aspects of running the day to day operational activity where achieving the agreed service standards, within budget and the continual development of your team will be key measures of success.



In addition you will take hands on approach to relocation of the Jeddah office in Q1 2015.



Summary OF Duties:



- Controlling The Operations, Checking The Operation Plans and activate the sales within the Branch.



- To provide professional advice and support to the business in security related matters. This is a daily hands on role with all clients and Supervisors / guarding staff. In addition to providing written reports.



- To provide the security focal point for compliance and audit relationships liaising with external bodies



including enforcement agencies and auditory bodies.



- To understand client requirements and provide security solutions to meet and exceed needs and contribute to customer objectives.



- To manage excellent relationships with our client and our suppliers.



- Ensuring growth through profitable business



- New and Lateral Business Increase



- Credit Control



- Effectively Maintain and strengthen Relationships with Clients



- Ensuring adherence of client SLA's



- Pursuing best recruitment and training processes



- Implementation & Review of Performance measures



- To ensure that the Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and our client.



- Work alongside sales staff and attract new customers and open new markets



Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
