Job Summary

The Iraq Market Research Initiative is looking for a full-time Fieldwork Supervisors to manage teams of market research surveyors in Najaf and Karbala.

The job requires the ability to manage projects in a timely and cost-efficient matter, and great attention to quality. The successful candidates will join at an exciting time of IMRI’s growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of up to 5 field surveyors, supervise the progress and quality of their work, and ensure the proper completion of assigned tasks;

- Prioritize, schedule, and complete all work following established IMRI policy and guidelines in assigned areas;

- Train and coach field surveyors on how to collect data, and prepare and dispatch fieldwork reports;

- Provide field-support to team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of field information collected;

- Take all necessary measure to trouble shoot emerging problems in the data collection, including conducting field re-visits;

- Conduct all responsibilities with the highest level of integrity and ethics towards other colleagues and the management.
