Customer Services Officer - RDX INC


Respond routine customer queries and complaints over phone, Emails and Live Chat



The Chat/Email representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by taking work orders, trouble calls, responding to online chat and email and assisting customers with various online purchasing account issues over the phone in a pleasant and professional manner.



Manage feedback regarding company products with customers



Take care of negative feedback and reviews to maintain company rating per eBay and Amazon (other market places company is dealing with) standers



Followup calls Emails to annoyed customer and to customers who purchase with company to enhance repute in online selling for brand.
