As a Sales Associate you will work as an individual and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximise sales. You will also ensure that the brand is represented at the required standards, you have up-to-date product knowledge and that stock loss risks are minimised.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all sales activities.

• Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction.

• Revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values

• Maintain consistence good punctuality in Clock in and out as per the pre set staff schedule.

• Maintain cleanliness of the entire store and equipments as per the operation standards and cleaning schedules.

• Ensure merchandising of products is as per Retail operation standards to up-hold concept image and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct on monthly basis an accurate inventory to ensure accurate cost and maintain the utmost store profitability.

• Applying all company policies and procedures to maintain high operations excellence and standardized performance.

• Maintain proper personal hygiene as per operations standards to ensure customer satisfaction and good company image.

• Adhere positively and timely to all management instructions to ensure smooth operations.
