ICT Helpdesk Engineer - Corporate Support
To provide utmost customer satisfaction to SSH computer users by providing them with quick and professional support as per the agreed upon service level agreements.
• Communicate and coordinate with end users, L1 and L2 support agents to convey information effectively
• Ablity to provide end users with quick and professional service to open, log, assign, and arrange incoming cases using SSH systems.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and communicate information with end users across divisions, regions, and territories when relevant.
• Ability to identify which agent takes incoming case dependent upon expertise, availability, and location.
• Demonstrates proficient ability to use all methods of communication applicable to incoming cases
• Demonstrates interest to take on more roles and responsibilities to continue development
• With guidance able to learn a variety of required technical skills for achieving L1 in the department
• Understand the SSH’s uses of systems throughout the departments.
• To be able to open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace
Role resides within Business Controls Division / Corporate Support
Reports to Department Manager
Primary points of Contact:
• Accountant / Project Finance team
• Regular contact with employees across SSH on minor issues
• External suppliers (coordination)
