Document Control / Secretary - Seero Engineering Consulting


A. Essential Criteria:



a. Proven secretarial skills, or appropriate qualification.



b. Excellent typing skills.



c. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.



d. Demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role or structure.



e. Must be highly self-motivated and professional.



f. Must contribute and share ideas, and support others.



g. Must be able to plan and organize, prioritizing own workload



h. Excellent written and spoken English language skills



B. Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Accounting or similar which is certified and approved by the embassy of the issuing country.







C. Experience: preference is for candidates with 1-2 years or more in related administrative and secretarial work for consulting or construction companies







D. Languages:



a. Speak English (Clear to receive calls and manage calls), Read English, Write English



b. Preferable Speak Arabic, Read Arabic, Write Arabic



c. Other languages are appreciated.







E. Working conditions:



a. Work Environment: Design office and consultancy work



b. Working hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm



c. Salary package will be provided based on the experience, and working conditions agreement







F. Computer software: Must have excellent Knowledge about



a. Microsoft package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel & Outlook)



b. Excellent computer skills







G. Gender:



a. Both men and women candidates are encouraged to apply if they have already residency/ID in Qatar.



b. If they are outside Qatar, we have visas only Male Philippine, & Sri Lanka







H. Nationality:

I. Residence Location:



a. Candidates at Qatar are preferred, but all candidates from all countries are encouraged to apply.



Overall Duties:



1. Typing reports, minutes, e-mails, letters, faxes etc



2. Diary management (on Outlook) for Management.



3. Document Control



4. Reception



5. HR documents



6. General Manager Assistance



7. Raising orders and checking invoices



8. Scanning documents



9. Office management



10. Catering Management



11. Reception tasks.



12. Photocopying documents and sending faxes



13. Recording incoming and outgoing mail



14. Answering telephone and taking messages for Management



15. Arranging meetings, booking rooms and arranging hospitality



16. Making travel arrangements car hire, flights, hotels



17. Collating and binding of documents



18. Monitoring holiday rotation for the department



19. Filing documents



20. Coordinating periodic reviews of CVs, job descriptions & organizational structure status
