Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the Comverse project professional services team, responsibilities fall into the following categories:

Member of the development and enhancement team of ICMS application

Write technical specification based on user’s functional requirements

Develop ICMS code based on approved technical specifications

Perform configuration of ICMS accordance with the approved specifications

Participate in meetings with customer to capture business requirements

Perform system integration, design, development and testing of interfaces between ICMS and other external systems

Performs User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the newly developed program enhancement according to the business requirements specifications

Document implementation requirements, test scenarios, and test cases

Compose program/system documents and review documents of other team members

Support data migration and Go-Live activities

Meet commitments to the customer (scope, deliverables, schedule & quality)
