Role Descriptions
1. Responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target by responding to all in-coming enquiries to the Enterprise department through a weekly report including financial reports for all the clients.
2. To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email, and present ESAD services to meet client’s requirements.
3. Manage customer/client accounts, by providing updated information and awareness of any news/laws incorporated by authorities
4. Provide Commercial Proposal to the client upon their requested.
5. Working at the client location (if requested) in a daily bases to satisfy client’s employees requests
6. Responsible of getting the client approval for offers, employees contract, renew employee government documents, issuing P.O. and paying any violation or loan for employees.
7. Getting the client final approval for the selected candidates.
8. Provide Contract preparation documents to Finance Department for issuing new contract
9. Coordinate with Talent acquisition supervisor for the new arrival Employees information. .
10. Follow-up with Operation Department of Iqamas issuing.
11. Provide the employees with new /renewed (Iqamas, Medical card and ESAD ID).
12. Obtain Timesheet from the client and provide it to the Finance Department.
13. Send the invoice to the client and follow up for the collection
Key Result Areas
• 100 % clients files with all information and contract.
• Original and update P.O.
• ESAD Employees offers and contracts signed.
• Zero complains to ESAD management by client.
• Zero delay invoices.
• Reaching the target with the same % for each category.
Targets
• Understand & meet Clients requirements in terms of quality & Gov. requirements
• To meet the financial target for Provisioning.
• Utilizations rate of provision employees by 95% for 12 months period
• To meet the financial target for intermediation employees.
