To liaise, communicate, and coordinate independently within department, effectively

conveying information.

Demonstrates ability to communicate and collaborate across divisions, and over territories

where SSH is based to advice on specific proposal issues when attending update meetings.

Ability to use all methods of communication within SSH, and to 3rd parties (Consultant,

Contractors, Clients, and Ministries) using the correct templates, and formatting, when

required.

Under Manager’s guidance able to set up data management profile for new proposals.

To retrieve, update and achieve various records and files using SSH Data Management

systems, processes, and procedures. (Deltek and NewForma advantageous)

Ability to work on multiple tasks, projects / proposals, of a standard scale.

Demonstrate constructive and cooperative working relationships, coordinating effectively

with the Bid Manager leading the process.

To check proposals are in accordance to SSH’s and Client’s submission compliance

procedures, and make recommendations for Bid Manager to review.

To build local market knowledge for compiling information required for proposals (e.g.

benchmarking)

Willingness to take on extra tasks and responsibilities, taking the opportunity in learning

more about the department
