Marketing Manager - FANTASY WORLD


BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:



- To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives



- Effectively manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organisation by evaluating market conditions, customer research, competitor data and implements the changes in the marketing plan to reflect findings.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:



- Define strategy, devise, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing plans primarily to support Retail Ops and B&M Department to achieve defined Annual Sales Target while alternatively building strong brand awareness across the market & in growing consumer footprint across all stores. Communicate with management, internal departments, and vendors to coordinate overall marketing effort in accordance with corporate goals.



- Prepare and manage the Annual Marketing budget &Prepare and manage the Annual Marketing Calendar in liaison with Retail Director.



- Devise Brand Campaigns, including seasonal & product based campaigns in liaison with the media partners & plan period of execution across all media levels.



- Devise, manage, execute & market promotional strategies/Market new store launches/ (The Toy Sale, Promotions etc.) in liaison with the Retail, B&M & Agency Partner.



- Manage all aspects of store brandings, internal signage mediums for current and new stores with signage production vendors.



- Manage all aspects of the Annual Catalogue/Seasonal Catalogue in terms of design, development, production & distribution channels. Liaise with B&M department in finalizing final product list. Liaise with the Agency Partner in stages of design, proofing & artwork execution.



- Managing design & development of Fantasy World e-commerce website build in liaison with the Digital Marketing Specialist



- Manage design & production of relevant in store POS Materials as per the program & executive at all required levels.



- Managing relevant external vendors that includes inviting quotes, price negotiations, quality checks, and ensuring the final production meets approved deadlines



- Select, train, motivate .performance appraisals, devising PDP, coaching and evaluate department personnel. Direct, co-ordinate and review work plans for the department, assign activities, monitor work flow, review and evaluate policies and procedures



- Holds monthly updates with team members and key strategic partners in the office for dissemination of information; prepares management meetings for dissemination of information
