The Subject Position is for an Offshore Oil Exploration Company owned by Abu Dhabi Government. The position will be on Direct Hire Basis and Job Description is as mentioned below.

- Establish, Update, Maintain corporate Well Integrity Technical Standards that encompasses all Wells related activities in line with latest state of art technology, industry best practices and relevant regulatory & local requirements to meet company corporate objectives.

- Provide discipline researches and thorough knowledge in his expertise

- Apply deep dive diagnose and analysis into problem solving

- Ensure consistent interpretation of corporate Well Integrity technical standards

- Provide support to implement corporate Well Integrity technical standards

- Capture lessons learned and best practices related to Well Integrity technical standard

- Establish Well Integrity Compliance Assurance Process.

- Develop/Conduct annual Compliance Assurance Program

- Perform Compliance Assurance Trend Analysis

- Expert in anticipating the Wells business risks consequences and provide Well Integrity best practices to achieve optimum balance of technical, safety, and operations aspects
