HR Recruiter - Landmark Group - Web Division

- You have 4+ years of ecommerce Talent Acquisition experience, with an overall 7+ years of experience.



- You have in-depth understanding of e-commerce (retail) business and are well versed with SCM, Merchandising, Technology, Content Production, Digital Marketing in a en e-commerce/digital environment



- You have designed, developed and implemented best-in-class programs to include: Diversity, Employee Referrals, Veteran Hiring, STEM



- You have designed numerous job descriptions based on an established competency framework



- You are capable of partnering with cross-functional stakeholder teams to facilitate sign-off and approval processes for each step of the TA process



- You are well exposed to human resource compliance driven through the laws of the land



- You have managed the execution of recruiting projects and programs that require involvement of multiple stakeholders by driving the implementation of TA projects and programs



- You have experience on both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)



- You have participated in the development of comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. This may include job posting optimization, digital and non-digital employment branding, talent pool creation, network through industry contacts, employee referrals etc…



- You are capable of identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.



- You have managed the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers for all levels of seniority including leadership hiring



- You understand the importance of building a positive candidate experience, managing candidate communities, and maintaining relationships for those candidates not selected



- You are capable of providing recruitment counsel to hiring managers with hiring and data



- You are well exposed to the usage of social media and other means to source candidates for open jobs
