About Your Job::
In this role you will manage the bonded store operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ensuring that all flights depart with the correct bars and stores, on time and to specification.
You will be responsible for all operational activities within the bonded stores to ensure that all bars and stores are packed on time and to specification including the correct allocation and utilisation of staff. You will have a minimum 5 years of job-related experience within financial analysis related field. You must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Access and PowerPoint. You must have strong understanding of Food Safety, Security and Halal Compliance. You should have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Additionally as a key management role you must have the ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.

Roles and Responsibilities - Your role will include, but is not limited to:- Welcoming visitors, offering refreshments and ensuring a first class customer experience Answering and forwarding incoming calls Arranging couriers Organise and make orders for stationary & other supplies (e.g. coffee/tea/milk etc.) ensuring stocks are maintained to an appropriate level Assisting with new starter induction process (on boarding) for contractors commencing assignments. It will involve close liaison with contractors as well as our internal recruitment consultants in our London and Guildford offices Updating, managing & monitoring contractor information on the internal database (ITRIS - full training will be provided) Assisting with the contractor’s contract, renewal and amendment formTracking visas/work permits/medical renewals and rotation schedules Liaising with payroll regarding contractor queries. Preparation of reference letters and support letters as requested. Liaising with insurers as necessary Manage day to day requirements for the Dubai office, e.g. DEWA Palm utilities and liaising with Tower management. Other administrative tasks and general assistance as required
